Our Maxwell-Gunter Spouses’ Club (MGSC) members are a fun, energetic, hardworking, and generous group. We welcome all spouses to come out, meet new people, and have a great time! We host a variety of activities and events throughout the year, so there’s truly something for everyone. We can’t wait to meet you and have you be part of MGSC!

Can I “try it out” before I join and pay dues?
Our Welcome Social is free for all eligible prospective members and is a great, no-pressure way to see what MGSC is all about. Details for the Welcome Social are available on this website and our Facebook page.
Eligible prospective members can attend up to two MGSC Special Activities (Mini-Clubs) events and one MGSC social as a guest. After that, you’ll need to become a member to keep participating. You’ll also need to be a current member in good standing to join our annual Bingo and Bunco socials.

When does the membership year begin and end?
The MGSC membership year runs from June 1 through May 31.
Where does that money go?
Membership dues go toward supporting MGSC programs.

2026-27 membership types:
- Active Membership: Spouses of all military members -- officer, warrant officer or enlisted -- on active duty, Guard or Reserves who have orders to the Maxwell Air Force Base/Gunter Annex vicinity.; Spouses living in the vicinity of Maxwell Air Force Base/Gunter Annex whose spouses are Armed Forces Members serving elsewhere.
- Associate Membership: Active Duty Officers, Enlisted Airmen, civilian/contracted personnel, spouses of civilian/contracted personnel assigned to Maxwell Air Force Base/Gunter Annex vicinity. All adult relatives who are in permanent residence with the families of active duty or retired military members or civilians. Any widow or widower of an Armed Forces member whose spouse died after separating/retiring from the military, whose status has not changed by remarriage.
- Retired Spouses Membership: Spouses of retired military members.
- International Spouses Membership: Spouses of foreign service members, officer or enlisted, assigned to Maxwell AFB vicinity.

This is a Private organization. It is not part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and it has no governmental status. This website exists solely for the purpose of distributing information to the members of the MGSC and the Maxwell Air Force Base community.
